Being A Super Saver: Travel Size

It's not great when you don't have a huge budget, or you're desperately trying to save up, but you also want to splurge on makeup, so, today I'm writing a blog post about the wonders of travel size beauty bits.

Not only does it save you a load of money when you buy travel size, but it also gives you the chance to test products for a smaller price before you dive in and pay full price for a product you might end up hating.

Any department store has gift sets that include travel size products, some also have full size products included such as YSL and Givenchy.

Benefit has such a huge range of these gift sets that include various travel size versions of their products, most of them ranging between £15 and £25 and contain 5-6 products.

Also, both Benefit and MAC (and maybe more brands) offer customers the chance to have free travel size or tester products when you spend a certain amount of money on full size products on their sites.

Ultimately, typing in 'travel size' or 'travel mini' in the search bar of most stores that sell makeup will show you the various products on offer, at less than half the price of the full size versions.

One last benefit of purchasing these minis and travel size products is the sole fact that they are designed for travelling and so packing your makeup bag for days out, long weekends or two weeks in the sun will be so much easier and a lot less baggage!

So there is one of my many ideas for those of you who are struggling between saving and splurging, I hope it comes in useful.
